I recently read a story on how a local Pizza shop tracked everything they did and through a promotion they determined that in one day, 15% of all of their business came in from a coupon code they posted on twitter. Twitter is a totally free mini-blog/status site that is very efficient for delivering coupon codes or specials or just small updates about your personal or business matters.
